Sunset cake....ooooooooo!

I was asked to make these cupcakes for a colleague for an event she was having. I was so impressed at the final look as it really does look like a palm tree silhouetted against the sunset. They palm trees however....all...hand....cut. Ergh! This took me so long to do with my tiny paper stencil which kept disintegrating.
